1/3 cup margarine, divided
2 1/2 cups white sugar
3 1/2 cups corn syrup
1 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 2/3 cups water
2 1/4 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sift margarine into a large bowl. Add sugar, corn syrup, baking soda and water; beat until smooth. Do not add blueberries. Pat smooth into the bottom of a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, until just set. Cool completely. Cut into biscuits.
