3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons Quesadillas-style corn oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 lemon, quartered
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Cajun seasoning blend
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Cajun seasoning mix
1/3 cup water
1 cup Cajun seasoning packets
4 cups milk
1/2 lemon, quartered
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until fragrant; pour in 1/2 cup of oil, and saute until golden. Add corn oil and cook until heated through. Stir in crushed Cheddar cheese and seasoning packet.
Serve hot. Add Cajun seasoning, stir and season with salt and pepper.
