Cheese & Pasta Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes, with liquid

1 (1 ounce) package dry Italian-style onion soup mix

2 cups crushed tomato with green chile pepper blend

8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, onion soup mix, tomato with chiles and mozzarella cheese. Mix together and refrigerate while preparing for serving.

I Love this recipe! Like others, I found that i needed more spices in my diet. This was great! Simple and tasty. I found that since i used a cast iron Dutch oven, that its better if the bread isnt hot until it form bonds with the metal. The longer the bread sits, the firmer the bonds are. If its too watery, its because its just condensed from the rice. Its really simple.
