2 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour. Stir with baking soda and 1 cup rolled oats. Gradually stir in the crushed peanuts.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 9 to 12 minutes, or until a cookie sheet or metal bowl is fully browned. Cool on wire rack.
