i added 12g cocoa powder, and kept the rest of the recipe divided up into 3 sections; pre-sweetened sour cream, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp dried tarragon. came out pretty well, but would definetly make it again.(note: went red in the middle, not burned)
