4 slices Italian sausage, sliced
1 (16 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 slices pepperoni sausage
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 ounces ricotta cheese
Place sausage in large bowl. In a small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, onion, pepperoni, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Place ham slice in early portion of each slice. Spread spread cream cheese mixture over each slice of ham. Top with pepperoni and cream cheese mixture.
Place 5 tablespoons melted butter in skillet. Cook over medium temperature, stirring often, until butter turns golden brown. Spoon cream cheese mixture over sausage. Serve hot.
