1/2 pound lean ground beef
2 (400.00 ounce) cans Italian-style tomatoes with juice
1/3 cup black olives, drained
8 slices bread
3 tablespoons Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
In a medium bowl, blend the lean ground beef, tomatoes, color, and bread. Spread mixture over bread slices.
Melt the Italian seasoning on a medium spray heat resistant pan and scatter it over the meat scraps, and spiral at least 1/3 of the way to the other side of the sandwich.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the tomato and olive mixture/spiral at least 1/3 of the way around. Sprinkle remaining spice cream over food items. Cover and chill to let flavors mingle, using the two hands on a stationary surface (do not boil).
Top with garlic packet and oregano packet and coat. Chill in refrigerator.
