1 (16 ounce) can green beans soup
1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic, peeled and chopped
1 red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 egg
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
In a large pot over medium heat, combine bean soup, olive oil, garlic, onion, sesame oil, chicken broth, tomatoes, celery, mushrooms, egg, sugar, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce. Cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
