1 cup white sugar
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Microwave 2 cups sugar and chocolate chips in small, non-stick microwave-safe bowl on high power for 1 minute; stir. Marinate 1 cup peanut butter in olive oil; stir. Heat remaining 1 cup sugar with vanilla in medium saucepan; simmer. Sprinkle cocoa, salt and ground pepper before serving.
