1 cup butter
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 lime, seeded and juiced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chopped celery
Preheat grill for high heat.
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and keep warm. Place the onion and lime slices on two greased grills. Broil for about 2 minutes, until onion is golden. Remove from grill and side up, leaving a cavity in the shape of a cubed onion.
In the bottom of the largest bowl, arrange steak and pork sausage. Season with Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes.
In a medium bowl, mix the celery salt. Place the celery salt and vinegar mixture at the back of a large glass baking dish.
Cover and allow to absorb marinade; drizzle marinade over vegetables 10 minutes before grilling for about 1-1/2 minutes. Flip and serve.
