1 cup red wine
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried onion
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
In a medium bowl, blend wine, soy sauce, oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, onion, marjoram, basil, rosemary and thyme. Place mixture in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add wet ingredients, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened and thick.
In a small container, blend honey, vinegar, and sugar.
Gently stir together the 300 ounces ermine, red wine, soy sauce, oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, onion, marjoram, basil, rosemary and thyme.
