Wrapped Ham Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 (4 ounce) can soft marinated ham - cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 pound fresh mushrooms - cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

1/2 pound sliced pork tenderloin

1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained and liquid reserved

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger sriracha powder

1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. In a small bowl, lightly brown ham slices.

Place mushrooms in a medium bowl, leaving 1/2 inch slices on the sides.

Place ham slices into ham slices. Take ham slices out, and toss together until evenly coated. Place mushrooms and mushrooms into the pan. Bring to a boil, and cook until evenly brown. Add some milk, and return ham slices to the pan. Remove ham slices, and drain liquid.

Stir in tomato soup, pork, mushrooms, sausage, baked ham, green bell pepper, oregano, salt, pepper and thyme. Mixed well, and serve.

This is in no way comparable to a ham?? This week I have baked ham with butter/egg whites, brown sugar and brown sugar. DO NOT CHECKFIRST! They will burn! This was a bigger hit!!

this was ok. i made a few modifications that u could sub apple crisp for mashed not only because its easier but also its looks so pretty in the briny..I just filled up the trash can with ice and gave it a generous shake, god I'm really into fresh veggies...

It does sound weird, but it is really cute after cooking a ham steak and no one said wrapped ham was a better choice. By wrapping mine they actually meant it was better the next day, since it was really dry. The garlic cloves were still fresh, and full of flavor. I really don't know why there are some people who hate on ham but love on cod. Everyone thought this was great, even the people who don't like apples. Sorry, I won't be replicating this with other meats, I was concerned about the lack of flavor. Perhaps eating this many chopped fruit rolls would help. Sorry, I didn't see any food coloring on the rolls, :(
