2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon dried herbs
5 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
6 strips lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery and herbs. Cook, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink; about 5 minutes. Add salt, red pepper flakes, chili powder and lemon-lime gelatin into skillet; cook over high heat until gelatin dissolves; remove from heat.
Stir chicken into marinade and toss to coat; cool.
