1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cloves crushed garlic
shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds extra finely ground pork

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dry mustard or hot mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix baking soda, salt, and oregano together in small bowl. Mix together with cabbage and oil or water. Let mixture stand for 8 hours, or overnight.
