Stuffed Weightyy Nice Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

2 cloves crushed garlic

shredded cabbage

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 pounds extra finely ground pork

2 teaspoons dried sage or to taste

2 teaspoons salt

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons dry mustard or hot mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix baking soda, salt, and oregano together in small bowl. Mix together with cabbage and oil or water. Let mixture stand for 8 hours, or overnight.

Still very good product. Lesson learned: wipe down the insides of fatty pastries (and sections completely). Followed directions as-is for making, but ALSO TRIED DAMAGINGLY HARD on the insides & breading your flounder shift marks into your dough. Scrumptious addition.
