1/2 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1/3 cup salsa
1 (6 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (1.25 ounce) package (or additional tape) Marinade mix (e.g. Taco Seasoning)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Preheat grill for high heat.
Grill potatoes and beans over high heat about 10 minutes per side for 5 minutes, or until tender. Add salsa, corn, green onions, spice mix, Taco seasoning mix and onion flakes (optional). Cook about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
