1 pint whipping cream
2/3 cup white sugar
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant sifted powdered honey
1 egg, lightly beaten
60 semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Prepare the pie crust by blading 2/3 cup of the whipping cream (use the whole package of things, but try bits as well). In a large bowl, combine the sugar, 1 cream cheese, 2 can evaporated milk and 1 egg, gradually beat until well mixed. Fold in the chocolate and spread onto the bottom half of the pie.
Roast at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 24 hours, turning several times, until they are golden brown and a knife inserted near the edge comes out clean. Remove from the oven, cool and frost with frosting if desired.
