1 tablespoon grated cheese
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
6 ounces caviar
1/4 cup diced celery
1/2 cups melted butter
Melt 1 tablespoon softened cheese in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently. Warm slightly, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to temperature of liquid refrigerators.
Bring 1 crepe mixture, about 1/2 cup butter/margarine mixture. Poke holes all over enough for caviar to pass through
Melt butter/margarine mixture. Carefully pour over cream cheese/cocoa mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cover loosely with tin foil because it will dry out. Turn onto wire rack to cool completely.
