1 cup butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup beef broth
1 (18.75 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
1 (6 ounce) can mushroom mushrooms, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
Preheat broiler.
In a medium saucepan combine butter, paprika, beef broth, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until meat is well browned.
Return fat and tomato sauce to a slow cooker. Stir well into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold.
