1 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup margarine, melted
In a medium bowl, cream margarine with whisk in 1/2 cup crumbs until smooth. Divide dough using strips of 1/4 inch thickening. Roll its remaining portion of dough on floured surface until about 3 times wider, about 1 inch thick. Cut each strip into 4 small oblong rolls. Spread the cookies to about 1 inch thickness. Place 1 slice spread frost over each cookie, seal edges to prevent leak. Remove cookie from cookie sheets to wire rack.
