1 pound ground beef
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, heat the meat over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms and heat but not brown. Stir in the broth and cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
Return meat mixture to heat. Bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low, and stir in the eggs, milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
