1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) loaf grasshopper loaves
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
Preheat oven on broiler setting (and may coat).
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, milk, bread, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in the milk cream and 1 cup of the cheese. Divide the mixture into 6 bread loaves, and shape into 1/2 loaf-shaped sandwiches using any (non-metal) biscuit cutter.
Arrange bread sandwiches on a cookie sheet. Toast the remaining cream over a hot griddle or frying pan.
Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven or until golden brown. Remove from broiler and drain.
