1 cup milk
1/2 cup dry black walnut oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 cup pitted sweet red tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 (8 ounce) package plain yogurt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
To Make Biscotti: In a medium bowl, stir together milk, 2/3 cup oil, garlic and tomatoes. Whisk in fresh orange juice and orange juice. Stir in yogurt, until smooth. Divide dough into half-bins and arrange in a square on ungreased (non-stick) baking sheet.
When finished baking, sprinkle with pizza sauce and top with grated Romano cheese.
