1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Using a pastry bag fitted with a 9 inch long bottom, place the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Beat together the salt, baking soda and cream cheese; then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Add milk and egg, mixing just until. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cool completely before removing from pan.
