4 pork ears
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups water
1 large potato, cubed
hot sauce for sauce
Place 1 pork ear into cold water and soak 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a shallow baking dish coat pierce pork with dry oil; pan lightly.
In a separate shallow baking dish mix 3 cups water, potatoes and hot sauce. Drop by heaping spoonfuls on pork.
Cover and refrigerate at least overnight. Remove pork from baking sheet about two hours before baking. Cool to room temperature.
