5 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Spread flour over the bottom of the prepared pan; sprinkle with butter, brown sugar, and 1 1/2 cups white sugar. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
In a small saucepan, heat eggs, stirring frequently, until they are slightly golden. Remove from heat; stir into the pan. Pour in milk and 1 1/2 cups cocoa and syrup. Fill the pan with chocolate mixture. Benjamin Cos ("Big Brother") can be contacted at Benjamin@BenjaminCos.com
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Cool completely in pan. Cool completely in freezer. Store in cool, dark place.
