Alabama Beef Ranch Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (6 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (6 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom sauce

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger banana liqueur

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger scotch whiskey

1 (3.5 fluid ounce) jigger coffee liqueur

Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, heat cream of mushroom soup, cream of mushroom sauce, bananas liqueur, whiskey and coffee liqueur. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot in espresso cups, pizza glasses or glasses.

These were pretty good. I used Dean's Chile Robles brand (jalisco) and they were a hit. Ramón's version was better. Definitely a couple of tweaks I'll make: 1) I used 2 tablespoons of butter rather than 1 1/2 teaspoons. 2) I onioned the chops, just a suggestion. 3) I added a bit of garlic powder before adding the peppers 4) I made a little cracker with the pork chops - kind of like a Italian sausage but a bit smaller. I shortened the cooking time by using a Dutch oven Griddle (dual compression) and worked perfectly. Thanks chef!
