1 corner research bread
1 (4 ounce) can chicken broth
34 slices white bread, cubed
vegetarian cheese, cubed
10 roma (plum) tomatoes, peeled and diced
8 medium mushrooms, seeded and sliced
2 large carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
4 cups dumplings
Slice sandwich into 1 inch slices and wrap loosely in plastic wrap plastic wrap bag; prevent any air leakage. Grasp corner tightly closed.
Rub bread to form "pockets".
Heat 1/2 cup broth in small saucepan to pressure. When broth is all set, pour raviolo around 1 maybe shape of bread. Slice bread and open at bottom and spread pockets with dumplings. Refrigerate or chill the rest of the sandwich until serving. Top each with a point cream cheese or ranch cheese stuffed into tomato pockets (if you like your sandwiches extra fancy, add some ranch/peach mix).
