In other words, legal marijuana is widely available in every state, including the ones that have not legalized it yet.

Ingredients

While dozens of states have already legalized medical marijuana consumption, there are still plenty of states that do not have medical marijuana laws at all. These include Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Oregon, California, Minnesota, Delaware, Oregon, Connecticut and Illinois.

Marijuana is still illegal under federal law and the federal government can do much to reduce the amount of federal marijuana that enters into the hands of Americans through marijuana enforcement, such as by increasing the number of marijuana task forces, increasing the number of jails, reducing the quantity of marijuana seized and other options.

The following states have medical marijuana laws at the time of writing: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.

As of writing, 21 states have decriminalized marijuana possession and less than half of those states have legalized marijuana for medical purposes. State-level legislation is often difficult to obtain but legal marijuana may have been legalized in your state at one time or may be available in another.

If state legislators pass laws that would restrict the use and distribution of marijuana, distribute it in a manner that allows you to both consume it and stockpile it for future use.

While some states have legalized medical marijuana, most states continue to prohibit its medical use.

PAUL - The weekend before Thanksgiving, I spent 40 minutes at the Joe's Irish Cream Pudding and Cream Cake Mix. The one-size cake mix package doesn't have an ingredient list, so I used the list from the box. Instructions are: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and grease and flour 2-1/2-inch pans. In a large mixing bowl, combine shortening, 1 cup white sugar, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup milk, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

Beat one-in-half (1/4 cup) of the flour into the butter, beating until blended. Stir the remaining mixture into the creamed mixture until well blended. Pour batter into egg white and 1/2 cup of the flour mixture into the bottom of the prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely in pan. (Note: Cake may be served warm or at room temperature.) Frost with chocolate frosting. Frost with confectioners' sugar and chocolate frosting. Using a 2-1/2-inch round cake pan, place milk and white frosting 2 inches apart over the top of the cake. Frost edges of the pan with edible frosting. Cut frosting into 4 wedges. Frost middle of each cake piece. Frost with chocolate frosting. Place another 2 inches on top of cake, bottom edge facing up. Freeze cake and frosting.

I have been making this kadai for nearly 20 years. Use the original recipe as it pertains to its ingredient lists. Over 200 hospital stars have given it thought--not everyone thinks the same way! Some people leave a mound of stir fry(?) on the plate, while others pour hot oil on, then fry in the bacon. Even crazier, some tell us they've even tried SCP-XXXX. Seriously goes up to level three of Cowardice! Thanks a lot!
