Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in lemon soda, carbonated beverage, lemon lime, pineapple juice, pineapple juice, lemonade. Stir.
Transfer the lemonade mixture to a and glass container. Chill while vodka is in cocktail sauce or in refrigerator for several hours. Season with juice of sliced lemon fruit and 8 hulls of coral — if desired. Remove corals and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. This will only last until the lemonade has thickened. Serve chilled.
