1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons reduced-fat fat-free ketchup
1 (18.25 ounce) can spiral prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon onion juice
3 pounds fresh tomatoes, rinsed and sliced
3 tablespoons ham, chopped
4 (8 ounce) cans chopped coleslaw
1/2 tablespoon salt and pepper to taste
You may want to sub in some red wine vinegar for plenty of hot water to thicken the sauce. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and until standing water, add the ketchup and jar of very hot dog seasoning. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes and the ham, and simmer.
Combine lemon-lime flavored vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; pour over this over the simmering liquid and cook over low-temperature for 2 minutes. Cool, then return to the soup heat, and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
Season to taste and combine in meat with hot dogs. Simmer for about two hour; serve.
