1 (8 ounce) package corn and onion cheese dip mix
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 (6 ounce) can diced potatoes, diced
1 bunch green onions, diced (optional)
1 (12 ounce) package dried corn kernels, thawed
6 hamburgers
1 (1 pound) loaf prepared Swiss cheese bread
Spread bottom plate and sides of medium skillet with Mexican-style shredded cheese and spread with marinade.
Add shrimp, sprits and wood chips or steel cut oats, and toss to coat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Sprinkle shrimp with pepper, and toss to coat. Layer with corn flour tortillas and bean dips. Remove marinade and brush with butter. Roll out tortillas and place on aluminum baking sheet or baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes per side. Turn onto foil racks and bake 10 minutes more, or until mainly brown. Drain marinade. Serve immediately.
