1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 cup chopped green onions
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (10 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese sticks
1 cup crushed pepperoni cheese
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, green onions and sour cream. Mix the sour cream mixture into the creamed mixture. Shape into a rolling tube. Roll the tube to fit the inside of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover in the baking dish, and tie the lid shut. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
