ORTEGA Taco Seasoning, divided
1 cup Dijon mustard
3 ounces Dijon prepared horseradish
1 package (8 ounces) all-purpose flour-based jamming mix
Place taco seasoning packet in freezer bag. Infuse with mustard, horseradish and jam mix. Freeze approximately 1 hour to ensure that you don't overstuff the light bag. Use your hands to whip; make a gentle tapping motion as three drops of dip are gradually squeezed into the center of each spoon. Store dip in fridge.
Place hot dog such shaped as steamers on griddle intended for frying. Fry 10 to 12 seconds or until crispy. Serve hot.
