1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and powdered creamer
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (11 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, creamer, vanilla and pudding mix. Mix well. Spread mixture in the pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the crust is golden. Cool before serving.
