3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 (6 ounce) cans sweet potato
3 cups sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place the cream cheese, sweet potato, sour cream, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, butter, flour, baking powder, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Whisk together. Pour into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Make a well in the center of the mixture and add the butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, yeast mixture, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Mix until well blended. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes, or until top is golden. Cool completely before serving.
