8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (4 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Place chicken in a large pot of hot water, and cover. Add enough water to cover. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove chicken to a shallow dish or bowl. Season with tomatoes, green peppers, sour cream, and water. Mix together, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in the onions (previously crushed), and stir in the cream of chicken soup.
