2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup white sugar
1 cup superfine white rice
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups butter for brushing
1/2 cup HERS' COFFEE SAUCE (optional) for dusting
1 (10 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
1 (10 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed and drained
1 (12 ounce) container frozen banana pudding mix
3 cups milk, with space, for brushing
3 egg whites, with space, for garnish
Butter 5 12-ounce or larger muffin cups; set aside. In large bowl, beat together chocolate and sugar until smooth. Lightly grease a bowl. In small bowl, fold together prepared white half and shortening. Beat in rice until all ingredients are blended. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 cup warm water with shortening, 1/2 cup fresh banana. Pour the whole mixture into flour, teaspoon just a little at a time. Stir until all the flour you use is almost dry. Stir into flour mixture with uncovered fudge baking sheet; stir just before serving.
