Pecan Strawberry-Lemon Cake Recipe

Ingredients

6 pecans

1 pint white sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

3 egg whites

6 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 3/4 cups Pecorated Crust Flour

1 (20 ounce) container frozen whipped topping

Directions

In a large bowl, mix pecans, sugar, lemon juice, egg whites and oil until well blended. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form 3/4 cup bit by approximately half.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans or dough sheets. The top of one loaf will puff and taste too airy if you make it too heavy.
