1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 ounce) can beef broth
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Place onion in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and stir in cabbage and carrot; cover and let cool. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and seasoning mix. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Add broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chopped onion. Cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
