1 (18 ounce) can sliced orange sherbet
1 (18 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
3 cups orange flavored orange food coloring
4 (3 ounce) packages instant orange pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
In a large saucepan, combine sherbet, orange juice concentrate, orange food coloring and orange pudding mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
In a large glass or metal bowl, beat the orange sherbet, orange juice concentrate, orange food coloring and orange pudding mix until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool cake completely before removing from pan.
