1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Beat milk, butter and vanilla in small bowl. Mix eggs, milk, salt and lemon zest in small bowl. Mix together cream cheese, eggs, milk and salt in small bowl.
Spread cream cheese mixture on each of about 8 slices of toast in preheated oven. Fry over an open flame until golden and crusty. Serve warm or cold.
