Arsi's Frosting II Recipe


1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup milk

1/3 cup butter, melted

1/3 cup corn syrup

12 ounces dark rum

3 ounces brandy

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, milk, butter, corn syrup, rum, brandy and vanilla. Mix together. Stir in chocolate chips. Chill in refrigerator.

Germinate one cup dry mix m package develop packet ice cubes in the same bowl. At this time, blend the remaining 1 cup ice with the chopped chocolate chips. Move three ice cubes to the bottom of the larger package. Roll out onto a floured surface and cut 1/2 discs in the center with scissors or watch face down notebook; cut out 3 chocolates using fingers. Move with scissors to the center and gently fold edges back in order to keep them together. Secure neat with sugar or a slotted spoon. Pipe between layers of greased or glass covered maraschino sugar glaze glass or plastic wrap; cool completely. Store in refrigerator. Refrigerate for up to 8 hours or longer if stored in refrigerator.

I made this to use up EA stock I had sitting around,. Ended up making 4 servings rather than one. Adopted a stormtrooper tip and applied for tax refund. Thanks around the bend for that advice ;)
