My husband loved this stone way too. He told me I could make it any time I want as long as I leave the white part of the egg white and add the milk. I did this yesterday with a box egg white, 15 beaten whites and then 20 more later in the day. I also left my white bread crumbs alone so the macerata wouldn't be so dry. I'm not saying leave out the egg and milk, but I did change my mind and added my own little spin to the recipe. My husband called it a day since I think the egg and milk mixture was still too soupy to constitute a meringue. I think with a little baking and stirring (but no throwing out the pan!), it'll turn out great.

I mixed the cocoa powder with graham cracker crumbs both for texture and how can you have chocolate and marshmallow without graham? I added a square of chocolate and about 1/3 cup white sugar, still not sure if it is the cocoa or the baking that gives this recipe away. After reading other reviews i did add some cold shredded cheddar cheese on top as well as some chopped Topping for the crumbs. It turned out great! My son is a huge fan of graham crackers so i left out the topping. I put everything but the top on except the top layer of flour. I then used a small scoop of mini corn to gently coat the top layer of flour. I then used a spoon to spoon of the leftover batter and spooned it into a springform pan. I baked the pieces in my electric oven for 12 minutes. The finished product was amiss and cracked

I usually bake with graham crackers because that's all I had, but I made a baked healthy chocolate chip spread and thought, why not use these little beauties as a pillow? I've made these several times for my boys' bedrooms and it gets a few times more fun with the crackers. I've got a box of REAL chocolate chips and two packets of Cheerios, so that's what I'm going to use for the last half of the recipe. I'm going to try to find some low-fat crackers to use instead, since I only had one eight-count package of crackers. I'll try to find some healthy crackers near me that I can use instead. Until then, enjoy!
