1 (20 ounce) package dried pineapple juice concentrate
1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 cups strawberries
3 banana slices
1 1/2 cups sliced almonds
1 cup sliced peaches
Fill a blender with water and pulse to 1/2 cup. Place pineapple in blender, and blend. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, strawberries, banana slices, peaches, almonds and peaches. Bring to a boil, and boil for 5 minutes to ΒΌ cup. Remove from heat. Stir sugar and juice mixture with fish and vegetables. Serve warm.
