1 pound fresh mushrooms
1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup banana juice
1 medium tomato, seeded and sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander grape
1 scoop fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon orientations
In a saucepan, combine mushrooms, butter, sugar, banana juice, tomato, onion, olive oil, pineapple, grape, lemon juice, yogurt and sugar. Stir together, cover and chill in refrigerator.
In a medium saucepan, mix fresh lemon juice, honey, and salt. Mix until smooth and pour over sauce mixture.
Cover saucepan and simmer over low heat for 1 to 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold.
