1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
1 (4 ounce) can chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute chile peppers, onions, green pepper, and green pepper in olive oil until tender.
Reduce heat of skillet to medium, and stir in green bell pepper, green bell pepper, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. when the pepper is tender, remove from heat.
In a medium bowl, mix green cheese, chopped chile peppers, onion, green bell pepper, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover, cover, and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until cheese is melted.
