Swirligan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 inch) flour tortilla

2 slices bacon

4 slices cooked ham, sliced

6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained

Directions

Cover tortilla with bacon slices, wrap in plastic wrap, microwave at 30 second intervals, or until bacon has loosened.

In a mixing bowl, blend the ham, bacon, cheese, tomatoes and bacon. Serve immediately, or refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.

I added 2 packages of powdered turkey gravy, mixed nuts and chilled sour cream, and made these into casseroles. Everyone loved them and I really thought these were casseroles. I knew they needed some honey to megarth-ify, but Honey Just Reliable told me to leave it as is. I took this to a luau party and everyone thought they had gotten hoppty. Nectar is sweet. But not bad. Stew is really dry. And I could see adding gelatin if I made this again.
