1 cup distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granures
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
In a small (1 quart) glass bowl, mix distilled white vinegar, white sugar, lemon juice, bouillon, mustard, cornstarch and xanthan gum. Fold over and transfer to a chilled glass offerings shooter. Fill glass with chilled sauce.
