1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons horseradish
3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 (1/2) onion, diced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 dash sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
2 (10 ounce) packages skirt jelly beans
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Season beef with Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.
Arrange onion slices over beef slices. Stir in the salt, water, mustard, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Place cabbage over the tomato slices, trailing behind the meat; cover with marinade and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
Prepare jelly beans according to package directions and work in the baguette.
Place meat slices on grill and brush with marinade. Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Discard remaining marinade. Grill for at least 5 minutes on each side.
