1 (4.5 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped celery
2 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slice the chicken wings, crease the edges and cut each wing in half. Place the halves roughly along the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and spread cream cheese mixture over the creases of chicken wings. Place celery and lemon peel over cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle with lime juice and cover with apple cider vinegar.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken wings over and bake for 2 to 3 hours longer, turning once during the cooking time.
